Important Considerations for the Health and Safety of Our Animals

Inclement weather may require us to cancel attending your event in order to protect the animals' well-being. If this becomes necessary, we will always communicate with you beforehand.

Please understand that our animals can only handle limited travel. We do our best to stay close to home—be sure to check our travel radius before booking, as we may not be able to travel to your location. We currently serve Niagara County and parts of Erie and Genessee Counties.

Because the animals’ health is our top priority, we intentionally leave certain dates and times open for them to rest and recover.
